Naturism - Freedom and Comfort Indoors

In our world, outdoor naturism is close to impossible and taking the risk to strip me open often attracts stress if someone is watching you or is waiting to harass you, with their rotten mindset of a naked body and labelling it as a sexual or exhibitionist activity. Ray and I found that staying indoors can lead to celebrating body positivity and self-acceptance. Indoor naturism allowed me to embrace my natural self in a comfortable environment. Four key takeaways for me, among heaps of others being indoor naturists are as follows: Connection: Naturism encourages a deeper connection with oneself. Practising indoor naturism is a meditative experience. It promotes mindfulness and helps you tune in with your thoughts and feelings. I find myself more composed and confident. Value yourself: There’s something liberating about shedding clothes and embracing the comfort of your skin. Indoor naturism relaxes your mind and unwinds you every single day. Body Positivity: One of the core tenets of naturism is the acceptance of all body types. By practising indoor naturism for 4years now, I can foster a positive body image and cultivate self-love, irrespective of what society thinks of my choices. Freedom of Choice: Your choice to be without clothes indoors allows for greater freedom of movement. I have loved practising yoga, meditation, cooking and all other household activities. It makes me feel liberated and authentic. Indoor naturism offered me a unique alternative that allows for a more controlled environment because of the non-naturist set-up of our country. This practice made me relax, enhanced my self-acceptance, and gave me immense confidence in a safe space. For instance, looking at myself in front of the mirror in my natural state gives me confidence and develops the belief that there is nothing wrong with this ideology. Naturism has made me celebrate my life with every passing day and made it more significant.
